Hi, I am Marielle, welcome to my blog!

I am a real estate investor, licensed agent and I am wholesaling and rehabbing properties in Maryland. Two years ago I moved to the USA and through the late night guru’s on tv, I got interested in real estate. I went to a boot camp, read a book, visited a REIA and here I am!

I am doing this full time and sometimes it is really a job, no matter what people say!  However, it is a fun job and I am having a great time!
